About us

Lullaby Lane Children's Clothiers is owned and operated by Allison Thompson and Brandie Garner, two mothers who left behind their busy careers as a big tech recruiter and nurse practitioner for more of a work life balance. Allison and Brandie are mothers to daughters, Cecilia (3) and Anna Harris (4), who are the inspiration behind the store that now offers all of their favorite baby and children brands. The idea behind Lullaby Lane was born during a casual conversation during their toddlers gymnastics class and approximately 8 weeks later on October 1st, 2022 the doors to Lullaby Lane opened for the first time. Lullaby Lane practices on the beliefs that everyone is welcome! We want everyone to know when they leave our store how incredibly thankful we are that they walked through our doors!

Pre - Order

Orders containing Pre-Order items ship COMPLETE. Should you need part of the order sooner than the Pre-Order item is scheduled to arrive, please place two separate orders. 

We are not responsible for delays from the manufacturer. 


Shipping Information:
All orders ship from our store in Florence, Alabama. In stock orders received Tuesday - Friday will ship the following day via USPS. 

We do offer expedited shipping at additional cost. Please send email to Lullabylaneshop@gmail.com BEFORE order is placed. We will do our best to accommodate. 

Lullaby Lane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages. 

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of merchandise ship date.  Items must be in new condition (tags must be attached, no signs of wear, no smell) Lullaby Lane has the right to review all returns and if not received in new condition, we cannot issue a store credit.  

FINAL SALE ITEMS: 
Sale items, embroidered items, custom order items, pre order items, socks/tights, teething items, seasonal items which include: back to school, pumpkins, turkey/Thanksgiving, holiday/Christmas, Valentines, patriotic holidays, Halloween. No exceptions. 

Order Cancellation:
Once an order is placed and shipping confirmed, we cannot approve a cancellation. If order is cancelled prior to shipping confirmation, store credit will be applied to customers account. If a sizing change needs to be applied, please email Lullabylaneshop@gmail.com and we will adjust sizing.
